Our Girl C.O.D.E work
Girl C.O.D.E. is a movement dedicated to empowering women and girls by breaking down barriers and creating a future of true sisterhood, unity, and empowerment. Our events and programs follow our Girl C.O.D.E. model, which is an acronym for Connection, Observation, Disruption, and Education.

What the data says:

  • According to new CDC data, nearly 3 in 5 (57%) U.S. teen girls felt persistently sad or hopeless in 2021—double that of boys, representing a nearly 60% increase and the highest level reported over the past decade.

  • According to a study published in the Journal of Health and Social Behavior, social isolation and lack of social support are associated with poorer health outcomes, including increased risk of mortality.

  • By fostering connections and community among girls and women with our youth program and events, we can help prevent feelings of isolation and reduce the risk of suicide, reduce the risk of substance abuse and addiction, and  help improve health outcomes and overall well-being.
