Our Girl C.O.D.E work

Research indicates that a significant proportion of young girls struggle with self-doubt and perceived inadequacy, resulting in female rivalry and competition. Furthermore, the COVID-19 pandemic has increased anxiety and depression rates, disproportionately affecting women and youth. In response to these challenges, the Girl Code program seeks to serve as a mentoring platform for high school students struggling with social and emotional issues. The program aims not only to address these problems but also to foster essential life skills to navigate them, ending female rivalry and promoting self-love. Through weekly, mentor-led group and solo activities, girls will learn to stand up for themselves and others, empowering themselves and their communities. With their resilience, power, and resourcefulness, they can become experts in determining their future, transforming their communities for the better. Join us for a 7-week journey of self-discovery, growth, and empowerment, where we aim to teach girls to love themselves so that they can love their sisters. Contact us now to learn more and sign up for our upcoming program, and let's work together to make a positive impact on the mental health and well-being of our youth and communities.

Background on Girl Code reference book: This book aims to provide women with a comprehensive understanding of the code - not just the kind found in textbooks, but also the unwritten rules that can only be learned through experience. Whether you missed out on these lessons from your mother, peers, or circumstances beyond your control, this book is here to guide you. Remember to always seek wisdom from a higher power, stay open to learning, support your fellow sisters, and remain steadfast in upholding the code.
